1. What is your MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) for OEM orders?
Our standard MOQ is 100–500 pcs per color, depending on the product type and bottle design. For bulk gel in jars or drums (for repacking), the MOQ can be lower:1kg/color. Trial orders are welcome.
2. Which countries have you exported to?
We have successfully exported our gel polish and nail products to over 30 countries, mainly in the EU, including:

3. What types of nail products do you manufacture?
We specialize in EU-compliant gel nail products, including:

4. Do your products comply with EU regulations?
Yes. All our nail gel products comply with EU REACH standards, and we provide MSDS, COA, and GMP/ISO certification. We are experienced with documentation required for import into Germany, France, the Netherlands, and other EU countries.
5. Can I request a custom formula or viscosity?
Absolutely. We offer custom viscosity, pigmentation level, glitter density, and even unique color matching. Formulas made for you will be exclusively used for your brand.
6. Can I order with my own brand label and packaging?
Yes. We provide full private label/OEM services, including:
Bottle design (shape, brush, cap)
Label & box printing
Packaging customization (from luxury to eco styles)
You can send us your artwork, or our designer can help.
7. Can I get samples before placing an order?
Yes, sample kits are available with custom colors, finishes, and packaging options. Sample cost will be refunded once you confirm your bulk order.
8. What is your lead time for production and delivery?
Production time: 15–25 days depending on order size and customization.
Shipping: 5–12 days by air to most EU countries.
Large quantity orders can also be shipped by sea (time 1-2 months).
We also support FOB / CIF / DDP options depending on your preference.
9. How do you ensure quality control?
We follow a strict 4-step quality control process:
Raw material inspection
In-production sampling
Finished product testing (color, viscosity, durability)
Pre-shipping inspection with full report
10. Can I visit your factory?
Yes! You’re welcome to visit our production site.We also provide live video factory tours and virtual sampling sessions. Let us know your preferred time.
11. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept T/T.
Standard payment method:100% payment.
Long-term customers can negotiate 50% deposit and 50% balance, payable before shipment
12. Do you ship to EU warehouses or Amazon FBA centers?
Yes, we can ship to your designated warehouse or FBA center with EU-compliant packaging and labels. We also help with logistics and customs clearance if needed.
